User SubmissionsWhen you submit testimonies, comments, or media: You grant TOFM a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your submission for ministry purposes.You represent that you own or have rights to the submitted material.We may remove or edit content at our discretion.5. Donations and PaymentsAll donations and partnerships are voluntary.Online payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors; TOFM does not store full card numbers.Bank transfer donors must ensure correct transfer details and references.Refunds are generally not provided, but requests for refund of erroneous donations may be considered by contacting connect@osaweministries.com.6. Third-Party PlatformsOur Platforms include links and embeds from YouTube, Spotify, Facebook, Instagram, and payment processors.We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices.7. Prohibited ConductYou agree not to: Violate any law or infringe others’ rights;Submit illegal, offensive, or misleading content;Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platforms;Use the Platforms for commercial solicitation or spam.Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent removal.8.
